In Vietnam, from Saigon- Hue- Hanoi, people eat Phở for breakfast, Phở for lunch, Phở for dinner or even Phở for business or a social meeting destinations. Phởcan be made in more than 20 variations, but always has either a flavorful beef broth or a chicken broth base.

That’s called a completed life enjoyable.

Our Phở chay is 100% Veggie Broth, tofu, carrot, broccoli, baby corn and mushroom, topped with fried shallot onion, a few drops of sesame oil, fresh chopped cilantro and green onion.

Iced Coffee

Also, the Vietnamese coffee / Vietnamese iced coffee, also known as Ca phe sua da or cafe sua nong (literally “coffee milk ice” or super hot milk coffee), is a traditional Vietnamese coffee recipe. The fine ground roasted coffee beans are hand pressed in the coffee filter (a pot on top of the cup), then extremely hot water is slowly dripped in and mixed with condensed milk. Just sit back relax and watch the coffee drip, mix in the rich color, plus the crisp cold weather or on a rainy day, which adds more romance to the air.
